We are looking for a Technical Support Level 2 with experience in user support and basic knowledge of networks to provide technical support for end users and manage ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support (at least 3 years)
  • Basic knowledge of networks and ITSM tools (ServiceNow is desirable)
  • Service attitude and commitment

Benefits

  • Fixed shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
  • Indefinite period (minimum 6 to 12 months)
  • Salary: $18,000 MXN gross monthly
