Requirements
- Experience with integrating AI into work processes
- Basic experience in applying customer-centered research techniques
- Understanding of research study planning, execution, and data analysis
- Portfolio or examples of research influencing insights
- 2+ years’ experience conducting customer-centered research
- General knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques
- Experience with online surveys and rich qualitative research
- Excellent presentation skills
