UX Researcher

ServiceNow is seeking a UX Researcher to represent customer needs throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through design validation and customer adoption. The role involves user research, competitive analysis, prototype testing, and collaboration with Product and Design teams to improve user experience and product strategy. ServiceNow is a global market leader known for its innovative AI-enhanced technology.

Requirements

• Experience with integrating AI into work processes
• Basic experience in applying customer-centered research techniques
• Understanding of research study planning, execution, and data analysis
• Portfolio or examples of research influencing insights
• 2+ years’ experience conducting customer-centered research
• General knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation techniques
• Experience with online surveys and rich qualitative research
• Excellent presentation skills
