The Senior VDI Systems Administrator will oversee and optimize Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). The role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of warfighter experience (WX) services.
Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments while supporting multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
