Vice President, Infrastructure Engineer

BNY is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure Engineer to join their Engineering team. The role involves providing operational support for AI infrastructure, managing deployments using Kubernetes and Docker, and developing automation scripts. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
• 6 - 8 years of application or infrastructure related experience
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability roles
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, and GitLab CI/CD
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Azure AD
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and storage systems
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills
