Vice President, Infrastructure Engineer

BNY is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure Engineer to join their Engineering team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves providing operational support for AI infrastructure, managing deployments using Kubernetes and Docker, and developing automation scripts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and DevOps practices is essential. The position requires troubleshooting network/storage issues and participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Provide operational support and issue resolution for AI infrastructure.
• Manage AI deployments and monitor workloads on distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation using Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and be versed in DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, secure access).
• Assist with documenting infrastructure processes and runbooks.
