The Vice President, Team Lead for Workplace Technology (WPT), Americas will manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional team supporting end-user technology services across MSCI's Americas offices. The role combines operational execution with strategic influence to ensure technology service delivery aligns with business expectations and global IT standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, and/or AV technology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, Azure AD, Intune, Teams/Zoom, AV technologies (Crestron, Teams Rooms, streaming and conference room solutions), ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially in a global matrix environment.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage regional service operations.
