Vice President, Technical Change Governance

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Technical Change Governance to join their Technology team. The role involves developing and enforcing governance policies, ensuring compliance with ITIL Change Management best practices, and facilitating Change Advisory Board meetings. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in application or infrastructure related experience, strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years of application or infrastructure related experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, change management processes, and governance best practices
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
