The Vice President, Technology Change Manager will serve as a visionary leader responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive Technology change management framework across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years in a senior change management or IT leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling IT change management functions within complex, multi-site environments.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and other industry frameworks for IT Service Management.
- Strong leadership presence, with an ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and championing change at all levels.
- Hands-on executor, capable of rolling up sleeves to drive initiatives while maintaining a clear vision for the future.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and audit processes related to IT change management.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, CCMP) or ITIL certification preferred.
- Strong experience with Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence.
- Financial services industry experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
