The Nemetschek Group is seeking a Vice President of Group IT Service & Digital Workplace to lead and execute IT operations and supporting services, including remote application management, service delivery, and hardware helpdesk support across the organization. The role involves significant personnel management responsibilities, managing operational changes, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) to meet the organization’s business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT service management or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations and digital workplace initiatives.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital workplace technologies, including remote access solutions, collaboration tools, and hardware support.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management.
  • Business Knowledge: Understanding of business processes and how IT services support organizational goals.
  • Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and digital workplace technologies.
