Walkup Help Desk Desktop Specialist

The Mobility Communications Lead will oversee and provide non-secure and secure mobile device capability and support by coordinating with the Mobility Service Manager and key stakeholders within the AFNCR. The position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience, and includes responsibilities such as leading a team, analyzing technical data, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Current CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Understanding of Wi-Fi topography and wireless network configurations
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and/or Remedy
• Experience with iPhone provisioning and mobile device management
