Solution Architect

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (ServiceNow) to design and deliver digital solutions using ServiceNow. The role involves deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, integration with enterprise systems, and creating reusable integration patterns. Collaboration with various teams and adherence to architectural standards are key.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in large, complex enterprise environments.
• In-depth understanding of key ServiceNow modules: TPSM, FSM, ITSM, CSM, App Engine, HRSD.
• Strong background in enterprise integration, including: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub / Flow Designer, Event-driven patterns.
• Experience in enterprise identity, authentication, and role-based access controls.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
• Integration with intelligent locker solutions (e.g., field service, click-and-collect, returns, or logistics scenarios).
