Warehouse Associate

This is an Intermediate Specialist, IT Logistics role responsible for managing IT assets, ensuring compliance and security, and supporting internal operations and external customer service objectives.

Requirements

• Execute shipping process for IT equipment
• Properly pack equipment for shipping or storage
• Respond to and manage service requests related to IT logistics
• Receive IT equipment and verify quantities and quality
• Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel and loading individuals
• Maintain proficiency in logistics software systems and technology
• Prior use of AssetPanda, ServiceNow, and Mediawiki or similar systems
• Knowledge of IT equipment and familiarity with a wide range of IT programs
• Ability to manage logistics software systems and technology related to inventory and shipment tracking
• Skilled in operating heavy machinery for moving and wrapping pallets
• Ability to multi-task, communicate, collaborate, time-manage, and organize
• Ability to learn new technologies and concepts
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to think critically, problem solve creatively, and perform root cause analysis
• Analytical and detailed oriented with a strong business sense
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results
• Proficiency in MS Office products
