Support internal ITSM process managers/product owners in daily work and projects, analyze and optimize processes, collect and maintain IT assets and configuration data.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a field related to IT
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT service management (ITIL beneficial)
- Experience with the Enterprise platform 'ServiceNow' is desirable but not required
- Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking and structured work
- Very good knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
- Team capability and communication strength
