WFM Manager

MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company seeking a WFM Manager to oversee forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time operations for various client programs. This role involves strong analytical acumen, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement. The position is ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for data and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bacherlors degree in Operations Management or equivalent combination of Training and Experience
• 5 years experience in workforce planning
• Demonstrated success in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics and reporting
• Must be based onsite in Pampanga
