Workday Financials Architect

Brown & Brown is seeking a Workday Financials Architect to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business partners, manage service requests, ensure compliance, and foster continuous improvement while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with vendors.

Requirements

• Ability to bring ‘Workday best practice’ design to business requirement discussions
• Work with business partners to deliver increasing value and solutions in Workday Financials
• Lead technical delivery efforts during M&A integrations
• Ensure compliance with segregation of duty rules, auditing requests, and overall governance
• Assess current implementation for needed design improvements and propose project structure needed to achieve optimized results
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues as reported by business partners
• Effectively manage workload using ServiceNow (ITSM) and meeting SLA agreements
• Establish and maintain relationships with business partners as a trusted technical advisor
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
• Foster a continuous improvement attitude and a growth mindset
• Act as a team leader as needed and train junior technical team members
• Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills
