Workday Reporting Analyst- HR Discovery Boards is responsible for generating metrics and other reports to the business on time with accuracy in data. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and clean data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. Identify trends or patterns in data sets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM reporting, preferably within a shared services or service center environment.
- Proficiency with Workday HCM reporting, including calculated fields and custom reports.
- Familiarity with the Workday object model.
- Experience supporting HR operational reporting (e.g., headcount, turnover, requisition tracking).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and case management.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality and handling sensitive HR information appropriately.
