We are looking for a Working Student - IT Demand Management (x|f|m) to support strategic decisions through precise documentation, monitoring of KPIs, and management of process optimisations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in (business) informatics, business administration or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT systems and business processes
- First experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills and a confident manner
- Good German and English skills
