This is an entry-level HR Associate position, acting as an internal facilitator. The role involves managing employee data (attendance, time off, terminations), generating reports, providing support to employees, and handling payroll. It requires independent work within defined practices and limited decision-making authority.
Requirements
- Manage employees’ time and attendance data (shift changes, OT requests, etc.)
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc time attendance reports
- Perform termination payroll and month-end payroll
- Provide employee queries and resolve cases in ServiceNow
- Perform and handle China payroll
- Knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management
- Good public presentation skills
- Ability to conduct internal investigations
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers
- Ability to evaluate tasks, prioritize, and organize work
- Ability to manage sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in computer applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
