Job description
This contract defines the deliverables required for a Project Support (EBA, SNOW, etc.) role on the NDWC Personal Workspace team. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective service operation including Incident and Service Request management, system updates, troubleshooting, and monitoring, within the NATO Communications and Information Agency (purchaser). Deliverables include PR creation, receipting creation, SNOW support, and paperwork support. The contract period is from October 2025 to December 2025, with an option to extend up to 2028. The success of the project relies on the provision of efficient and effective service operations.
