NRB is seeking a Data Analyst for a local managed staffing team within their ICT division. The role involves explaining technical issues to clients in an understandable way, transferring knowledge to colleagues, and contributing to incident and change management processes. Knowledge of the energy market and MIG documentation is required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of more than 2 years as a Business / Functional Analyst / Data Analyst
- SQL experience required
- Demonstrated experience using Incident Management Tool such as Topdesk, Jira, Servicenow
- Sector experience in the energy sector is desired
- Strong communication skills, particularly with users in French, Dutch or English
- Understanding of the incident and change processes
