Experian is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Application Support Analyst for the Service Operations Manager team. This role involves providing advanced support for clients, regional teams, and global departments, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring incident resolution meets client needs and following development and testing guidelines. They will also manage release effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in application/customer support
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and inquisitive mind

  • Understanding of ITIL terminology
  • Experience with ServiceNow
