SDI Presence LLC is seeking an Account Executive – ServiceNow Solutions to drive new business, expand market share, and build strong client relationships within the Chicagoland market. This role focuses on generating new leads, managing existing clients, and leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to drive complex, multi-year ServiceNow engagements. The position requires deep ServiceNow knowledge and a strong understanding of the platform's value proposition.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT solutions, consulting, or services.
  • 3+ years of direct ServiceNow Managed/Professional Services sales experience (partner or OEM) with demonstrable track record of exceeding quota.
  • Established relationships with ServiceNow partner ecosystem and regional ServiceNow field teams.
  • Experience selling complex IT services.
  • Demonstrated success closing multi-year ServiceNow deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing, workflow modules, and implementation lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
