Coupang, Inc. subsidiary CP One Japan has launched Rocket Now, a new food delivery app, in some areas of Tokyo. The Action Taker (Real time operation) monitors and executes real-time product quality monitoring and necessary responses based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
Requirements
- Monitor the real-time dashboard/system alerts to ensure process quality/stability
- Execute rapid and accurate operations on the PC in accordance with SOP and operation guidelines
- Escalate timely abnormal/incident
- Organize, record, and create execution logs, response history, and reports
- Collaborate with other departments (Ops/CS/development, etc.)
- Shift work (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Requirements Summary
Native-level Japanese language proficiency, basic PC skills, and clear communication skills are required
