Agentic Automation Solution Architect (NA Lead)

TQA is an international technology services and consultancy looking for an Agentic Automation Solution Architect to lead technical discovery workshops, design end-to-end agentic solutions, and architect hybrid architectures combining low-code/no-code platforms and custom-developed components. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a senior technical role, with expertise in enterprise automation and AI/ML, and strong proficiency in Python and its key AI, ML, and data manipulation libraries.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a senior technical role such as software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture
• At least 3+ years focused on designing and deploying AI/ML or data-intensive systems
• Experience in enterprise automation or low-code platform: Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, or ServiceNow
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in Python and its key AI, ML, and data manipulation libraries
• Deep, practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the core concepts of building with them
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and architecting solutions based on a microservices pattern
• Experience architecting solutions using managed AI/ML services from a major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
