The Architect will translate ServiceNow's vision of a single platform into actionable plans, engage with customers, and contribute to strategic initiatives. They will act as technical leaders, ensuring customers realize the value of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • 15 or more years of proven success in influencing senior technology leaders
  • Experience with AI integration
  • Passion for building relationships and driving simplification of concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and prior experience with Human Centered Design
  • Expertise in Cloud Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum etc.)
