ServiceNow is seeking a Director of AMS Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits) to drive revenue growth through larger, strategic transactions. This role will be an in-region deal expert, responsible for deal strategy, negotiations, and enabling cross-functional teams to close complex deals. The goal is to maximize market opportunity and accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Federal Experience Is Preferred
  • 9 + years of experience in the software industry
  • 5 + years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts, preferably selling SaaS and with progressive client-facing responsibilities
  • Experience in Large Deal or Corporate Strategy/Business Development, supporting complex transactions
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
