Requirements
- Server administration (Windows and Linux)
- Network and service monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds, or similar)
- Network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, SNMP, VPN, Firewall
- Router, switch, and access point configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, HP, Dell, etc.)
- Incident and call management (ITIL, ServiceNow, GLPI, OTRS, or similar)
- Network log and performance analysis
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Basic knowledge of cloud (Azure or AWS) for monitoring and support of hybrid environments
- Basic knowledge of information security and best practices in corporate networks
- Knowledge of scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation of tasks
