We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst Procure to Pay - Customer Care to join our team. This role is responsible for providing world-class, proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Ariba is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a global environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
