Analyst Programmer (User Support), The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong

The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) is seeking a talented Analyst Programmer to provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the hospital. The hospital is a flagship Chinese medicine (CM) institution focused on integrating CM and Western medicine. The role is for a fixed-term contract with a fixed-term contract offered in the future based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in IT systems, technical support, or similar role
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in Chinese Medicine clinics, hospitals, or a healthcare setting (preferred)
• Solid experience in service request, problem, and incident management using an ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, redmine, GLPI)
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, productivity tools, software applications, and networking principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Initial appointment offered on a fixed-term contract by HKBU
