We are looking for a highly motivated Production Support Analyst to coordinate production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
- Experience with the incident and problem management lifecycles
- Experience with SQL & Unix environments
- ITIL Framework
- Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Splunk, etc.
- IT Systems Operations Experience
- Working experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT Service Management toolsets
