Sword is seeking an Application Support Analyst to deliver high-quality support across a variety of business-critical applications. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and maintaining applications integrated with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft services. A key component is supporting customers using low-code/no-code solutions, and contributing to knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or departmental applications.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, SQL Developer, and SQL Server Management Studio.

Requirements Summary
