The role involves troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and maintaining applications integrated with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft services. A key component is supporting customers using low-code/no-code solutions, and contributing to knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise or departmental applications.
- Solid understanding of ITIL principles and service management processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL, SQL Developer, and SQL Server Management Studio.
