ITAM Analyst

Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools. We are hiring an ITAM Analyst to provide support to the SAM consultancy team.

Requirements

• Assist in the delivery of projects of all sizes and independently manage small to medium projects under the supervision of an ITAM Consultant or Senior ITAM Consultant.
• Provide day-to-day support to senior team members, including data manipulation, processing, and reporting.
• Gain proficiency in the License Dashboard Platform (following training) and demonstrate competency in its use.
• Contribute to the delivery of Managed Services, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
• Import and maintain license entitlement and inventory data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
• Request and track license entitlement information for team members, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
• Provide administrative support as required and take ownership of ad-hoc project tasks when assigned.
• Proactively identify and flag potential sales opportunities for License Dashboard and Phoenix Software.
• Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
