The Application Support Lead will provide maintenance and enhancement support to MIApps suite of applications within Data Management space involving middleware technologies. The position will also govern Incident Management and root cause analysis, technical issues, problem resolution, and suggest improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related position
  • Utilizing Middleware technologies including Springboot, Snaplogic, webMethods, Mule ESB, Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus, MoveIT, Globalscape MFT, SQL, and MySQL
  • Utilizing programming language (Springboot and Java) and development tools (IntelliJ J, Snaplogic Designer, and Software AG designer)
  • Working with ServiceNow tool including structure analysis and technical design techniques, database, and file access methods
