The Architect will focus on understanding customer business needs and translating them into ServiceNow solutions. This role involves designing solutions, providing estimates, and collaborating with the technical team to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations. Experience with ServiceNow configuration, training, and escalations is required.
Requirements
- Understanding of the customer business need and translating it into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and development of ServiceNow solutions.
- Requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation.
- Technical Reviews and End User Trainings.
- Technical Experience in configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Portal, Asset Setup).
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration related to CMDB, Asset Mgmt. and Orchestrations.
- Expertise in setting up ServiceNow ITBM (Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, Finance).
