EY is seeking a Senior Manager for ServiceNow Architecture to lead a global service now practice and drive growth through implementation, product development, and sales enablement. Requirements
- Lead sales and pre-sales work in Service Now
- Design and develop large solutions incorporating Service Now platform and automation
- Manage a Service Now implementation team, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops
- Build internal relationships and foster people development
- Perform role based business development
- At least two Service Now Implementation Certifications
- ITIL Intermediate, COBIT and/or TOGAF certifications
- Agile and scrum master certifications
- PMP certification
Requirements Summary
10+ yrs experience, BS or Master's in related field. 2 Service Now Implementation Certifications, ITIL certs, Agile/Scrum certification required. PMP and EY building experience preferred
