Senior Manager- ServiceNow Platform Technical Architect

This Senior Manager-ServiceNow Platform Technical Architect role involves defining and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions. This includes technical leadership, governance, platform customization, integration and automation, collaboration with stakeholders, and maintaining ServiceNow platform performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow development experience and a strong understanding of platform architecture.

Requirements

• 18-20 years of total software engineering/ IT experience
• 15+ years of ServiceNow development/Ops & Technical architecture experience
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and UI development.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP, OAuth, and integration middleware.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, IT security, and compliance frameworks.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (Must have)
