Deloitte is seeking a Deputy Manager of Access Control and Authentication to join their Pune team. This role involves hands-on experience with CyberArk, building and managing privileged accounts, and ensuring strong security practices. The position focuses on maintaining an enterprise-wide security posture, proactively managing risks, and contributing to the success of engagements. Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk onboarding and management
• Understanding of privileged account types (Domain Admins, App Support, Personal Admin, Service Accounts)
• Knowledge of Windows and UNIX system accounts and local security architecture
• Strong documentation skills (user guides, onboarding templates, runbooks)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Access, and basic SQL querying
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination skills
• Experience with non-directory joined or hybrid cloud environments
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
