KPMG is seeking a Professional Services Manager for a ServiceNow platform, focusing on packaged product management (Archer, SN, OT, MS, OP). The role involves developing and implementing ServiceNow integrations, incident management, and other related modules to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform for national and international clients. KPMG seeks candidates who possess first-hand ServiceNow experience and a strong understanding of ITSM modules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience
- Firsthand development experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management
- Good knowledge of core ServiceNow platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server-side APIs, and client-side APIs
- Good understanding of ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, and system clone, upgrades
- Firsthand experience on development of custom scoped applications
- Experience in design and build against the need/functional requirements provided
- Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and any web-based development tools
- Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration
- Firsthand experience on working with Rest API’s
- A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
- Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline
- Strong problem analysis skills and ability to validate results
