We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic ITOM (Corporate IT) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions to enhance our ServiceNow platform for streamlined operations and effective asset management. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of ServiceNow experience and a strong understanding of ITOM and ITAM processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong expertise in ITOM and ITAM processes and best practices
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and related technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly Discovery and Asset Management
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application within ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, and CIS-SAM certifications are a plus
