Provide technical support as an IT Support Engineer for onsite IT technical support within our scope, including desktop, laptops, office IT, software installation, user onboarding, and offboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support with increasing responsibility and technical expertise in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
