The role involves endpoint support, network/server configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with other teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Plant environment knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
  • Good decision-making skills
