This role involves developing ServiceNow technical solutions to meet IT department and business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and contribute to team strategy. This position is focused on building and maintaining ServiceNow platform components for various ITSM modules.
