We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, innovative ServiceNow solutions. The Architect will focus on understanding business requirements, defining technical strategies, and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITOM and custom applications. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Development and Integration, and timelines.
Requirements
- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution strategy.
- Design Scalable, Secure and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow data model, workflows, and customizations.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions.
- Primary point of contact for ServiceNow architecture decisions.
