Chubb is seeking an Associate Application Support Engineer to join their team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a full-time permanent position with a rapidly expanding Engineering Center supporting global technology needs and operations. The role involves enhancing the stability of IT applications, monitoring service levels, managing incidents, and ensuring security and compliance.

Requirements

  • Reduce ticket counts through root cause analysis.
  • Monitor application service level compliance.
  • Participate in change request and fix coordination.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks to processes.
  • Manage incidents according to Incident Management plan
  • Maintain ServiceNow ticketing system documentation.
