Chubb is seeking an Associate Application Support Engineer to join their team in Thessaloniki, Greece. Requirements
- Reduce ticket counts through root cause analysis.
- Monitor application service level compliance.
- Participate in change request and fix coordination.
- Analyze and mitigate risks to processes.

- Maintain ServiceNow ticketing system documentation.
