Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst for its Cloud Operations team. The role involves providing 24/7 support for Azure Cloud environments, managing incidents, and improving processes. This is a part-time position within a growing team of 50+ support professionals, working from a central location in Manila.
Requirements
- Provide Patching, Deployment, and pre/post support for software applications releases.
- Manage incident requests and escalate them to the team leader.
- Determine root cause analysis and resolve issues.
- Develop knowledge of ServiceNow and build product expertise.
Requirements Summary
4+ years of Azure support experience preferred. ServiceNow product knowledge a plus. Must provide Patching, Deployment and post support to software releases
