• Administering and maintaining ServiceNow Platforms (Prod, Test, Dev)
• Ensuring security and performance of ServiceNow Platform
• Monitoring and maintaining ServiceNow platform health and performance
• Working with security, compliance, and data teams on GHD initiatives
• Integrating ServiceNow with other applications
• Configuring and optimizing integration of ServiceNow
• Managing incidents and operational defects
