DTCC is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to innovative projects and improve the efficiency and stability of systems and platforms. This role involves analysis, design, testing, implementation, and debugging of middleware, mainframe, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive team environment and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
Requirements
- Support DTCC Infrastructure by monitoring and system support for Production, PSE, QA, DEV and lab environments.
- Provide 24x7 support for event monitoring, incident triage and escalation.
- ServiceNow alert monitoring and resolution across various platforms.
- Work closely with peers to improve workflow processes and communication.
- Develop and produce timely metrics based on management platforms.
- Actively strive to keep Standards documents up to date.

Requirements Summary
3+ years experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of ITIL & virtual platform configurations is key
