Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- ITIL Foundation V4
- 8+ years of experience in IT Governance or Service Management roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and/or ITBM
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulousness, quick to learn, detailed
