The Technology Tools (ServiceNow) and Process Integration Specialist is responsible for the ServiceNow platform, tools integration, and overall optimization. This includes enhancing data consistency and improving overall IT service delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems integration, service management, or a related field
- Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, such as APIs, web services, and middleware
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
