The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in business process automation, process mining, or workflow optimization roles.

Requirements

• Analyze and document existing finance processes to identify automation opportunities using process design tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows utilizing ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, and SmartSheet.
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes with visual tools like Microsoft Visio, ensuring clear documentation for stakeholders and compliance.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven automations (e.g., chatbots and others) to support intelligent process improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Train team members and end-users on newly implemented automation tools and updated workflows.
