Benefits Analyst

APPLE INC is looking for a Benefits Analyst in Austin, Texas to process employee and government legal forms, review policies, and support compliance. The role involves collaborating with various teams and leveraging Russian language skills, particularly in the Amalgam system. The position offers 40 hours/week and requires up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Law, Business Analytics or related field
• 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience
• Fluent Russian language skills
• Reviewing benefit/legal form requirements and policy guidelines
• Engaging with Deloitte, WTW, Cigna, and International Services for benefit management
• Auditing and configuring HR to the payroll system
• Experience processing in Amalgam, WorkDay, ServiceNow, and GV systems
• Experience reporting Ad Hoc Benefits metrics
• Collaborating with HR, compliance, and legal teams
• Updating payroll website content
