Chartwell is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support their core business systems including Oracle HCM, Yardi, and ServiceNow. The role involves end-to-end requirements management, transformation, and championing automation and AI integration within the organization. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency and streamlining processes, ensuring solutions are validated against business needs and ready for implementation.
